Amended Tax Return (Form 1040-X)

Dual-Status Alien
A taxpayer classified as both a nonresident alien and a resident alien within the exact same tax year, commonly occurring in the calendar year of US arrival (first-year choice) or permanent departure from the country.
Enrolled Agent (EA)
A federally licensed tax practitioner who has demonstrated technical competence in federal taxation and is empowered by the US Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS.
FBAR (FinCEN Form 114)
